North Down Sands Support Meeting

The North Down Sands group meets the 3rd Thursday of each month in the Hamilton Road Community Hub in Bangor at 8pm.

Come along to meet with other bereaved parents who know the pain and grief of losing a baby.

Everyone's loss is unique to them, but, it is (strangely) exactly the same as other bereaved parents. From the point your baby dies your story becomes the same as everyone else's, learning how to live with their loss, coping with other people's reactions good & bad, returning to work, avoiding going out of the house even for the most basic errands and many other challenges in your grief.

Sands support evening are run by bereaved parents who have ALL had to face all of these challenges. We don't tell you what to do, we tell you what we did and that hopefully will help you work out what works best for you.
